At Saint Mark, our mission is to be a “pillar of Orthodox Christianity in South Florida, nurturing, strengthening, transforming, and sharing our Faith in Jesus Christ, glorifying God by loving one another as Christ loves us.” This mission guides everything we do, from our worship services to our outreach ministries, creating a community centered on faith, love, and service.

Our ministries actively embody this mission and our core values of mission-mindedness, accountable leadership, recognizable outreach, and a kingdom-focused approach. In worship, we come together in unity, nurturing and strengthening our faith through the liturgy and sacraments, which root us in Christ’s love and prepare us to serve others. Ministries such as Philoptochos, our arm of philanthropy, exemplify mission-mindedness and outreach, offering practical support to those in need within and beyond our community.

Accountable leadership is seen in how we strive for integrity and dedication in our actions, whether leading youth groups, organizing community events, or managing church responsibilities. A kingdom-focused vision calls us to remember that all our efforts are for God’s glory, aiming to reflect His love in all we do.

At Saint Mark, our mission and values are not just ideals but living realities that guide us to grow in faith and serve with purpose.
